VoiceKit — 利用規約 / Terms of Use

第1条（適用）

本規約は、kouworks（以下「当方」）が提供する iPhone アプリ「VoiceKit」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本アプリは Apple の App Store を通じて配信され、Apple の App Store 利用規約も併せて適用されます。

第2条（ライセンス）

当方は利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的または業務上で利用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリおよびその著作権その他の知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、本アプリの複製・改変・逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布を行ってはなりません。

第3条（App 内課金）

「VoiceKit Pro」は買い切り型（非消費型）の App 内課金です。サブスクリプションではなく、継続課金は発生しません。
購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、価格は App Store の表示に従います。
購入済みの機能は、同一の Apple Account で「購入を復元」により再度有効にできます。
返金は Apple の規定および手続に従います。当方は個別の返金対応を行うことができません。

第4条（利用者の責任）

利用者は、自身が権利を有する、または適法に利用できる音声・動画についてのみ本アプリを使用するものとします。
他人の音声を録音・処理する場合、利用者は適用される法令（録音に関する規制、肖像権、プライバシー等）を遵守する責任を負います。
本アプリを違法な目的、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で利用してはなりません。
処理後のデータの保存・バックアップは利用者の責任で行うものとします。

第5条（機能の性質および免責）

本アプリの文字起こし、フィラー検出、字幕生成、要約は自動処理であり、その正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。特にフィラー（言いよどみ）の検出は候補の提示であり、取りこぼしや誤検出が生じます。利用者は、書き出し前に結果を確認し、必要に応じて手動編集を行ってください。

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害（データの消失、機会損失、業務の中断等を含みます）について、法令で許容される最大限の範囲において責任を負いません。

第6条（動作環境および提供の変更・終了）

本アプリの利用には対応する iPhone および iOS が必要です。要約機能は Apple Intelligence 対応機種（iOS 26 以降・iPhone 15 Pro 以降）でのみ利用できます。また、初回起動時に音声認識モデルのダウンロードのためインターネット接続が必要です。当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

第7条（第三者のソフトウェア）

本アプリは、オープンソースソフトウェア（WhisperKit / argmax-oss-swift ほか）を利用しています。これらにはそれぞれのライセンスが適用されます。

第8条（準拠法および管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the iPhone app “VoiceKit” (the “App”), provided by kouworks (“we”). By using the App you agree to these terms. The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service also apply.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms. The App and all intellectual property rights in it remain with us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

3. In-app purchase

“VoiceKit Pro” is a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Purchases are made through the App Store at the price shown there.
Purchased features can be re-enabled with “Restore Purchases” using the same Apple Account.
Refunds follow Apple’s policies and procedures; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Your responsibilities

Use the App only with audio and video that you own or are otherwise permitted to use.
If you record or process other people’s voices, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws (recording consent, likeness rights, privacy, and so on).
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
Saving and backing up your processed files is your responsibility.

5. Nature of the features, and disclaimer

Transcription, filler detection, subtitle generation, and summarization are automated and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Filler detection in particular only suggests candidates; it will miss some and flag others incorrectly. Please review the result and edit it manually as needed before exporting.

The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

6. Requirements and changes to the service

A supported iPhone and iOS version is required. Summaries are available only on Apple Intelligence–capable devices (iOS 26 or later, iPhone 15 Pro or newer). An internet connection is required on first launch to download the speech recognition model. We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.

7. Third-party software

The App uses open-source software (including WhisperKit / argmax-oss-swift), each under its own license.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
