VoiceKit（iPhone アプリ）

kouworks（以下「当方」）は、iPhone アプリ「VoiceKit」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

要点
  • 本アプリは、利用者に関する情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。
  • 音声・動画・文字起こし・字幕・要約は、すべて端末内で処理されます。外部サーバーへ送信しません。
  • 解析ツール（アナリティクス）・広告 SDK・トラッキングは一切組み込んでいません。
  • ネットワークを使うのは、初回の音声認識モデルのダウンロードと、App 内課金（Apple のシステム）のときだけです。

1. 収集しない情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・端末識別子などの個人情報を収集しません。 利用状況の統計やクラッシュログを当方が取得する仕組みも組み込んでいません。

2. 音声・動画の取り扱い

読み込んだ、または本アプリで収録した音声・動画は、文字起こし、フィラー検出、カット、字幕生成、 要約のいずれの工程でも端末内でのみ処理されます。これらのデータが端末外へ送信されることはありません。 処理の中間データは端末内の作業領域に置かれ、本アプリを削除すると失われます （利用者が明示的にカメラロールやファイル App へ保存したものは残ります）。

3. 要約機能について

要約は、Apple のオンデバイス基盤モデル（Foundation Models）を使用します。処理は端末内で完結し、 Private Cloud Compute を含むクラウド処理は行いません。要約の対象となる文字起こしテキストが 端末外へ送られることはありません。

4. ネットワーク通信について（正確な説明）

本アプリが通信を行うのは、次の 2 つの場合だけです。

(a) 音声認識モデルの初回ダウンロード

本アプリは、初回起動時に音声認識モデル（WhisperKit 用 Core ML モデル、約 626MB）を Hugging Face（huggingface.co、リポジトリ argmaxinc/whisperkit-coreml）から ダウンロードします。このとき送信されるのは、通常の HTTP 通信に伴う情報（IP アドレス等）と ダウンロード要求のみで、利用者の音声・動画・文字起こし結果は一切含まれません。 この通信は Hugging Face 社のサーバーに対して行われ、同社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 ダウンロードは初回のみで、完了後はオフラインでも本アプリを利用できます。

(b) App 内課金（VoiceKit Pro）

VoiceKit Pro の購入・復元は Apple の App Store および StoreKit を通じて行われます。 決済処理および購入履歴の管理は Apple が行い、当方が利用者の支払い情報や個人情報を受け取ることはありません。 当方は購入済みかどうかの状態のみを端末上で確認します。

5. 端末の機能へのアクセス

いずれも利用者の許可を得た上で、本アプリの機能提供のためだけに使用します。取得した内容を送信することはありません。 許可は iOS の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。

6. 第三者提供

当方は、利用者の情報を収集していないため、第三者へ提供・販売することもありません。

7. お子様の利用について

本アプリは年齢を問わず利用できますが、いずれの利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリのアップデート情報でもお知らせします。

This policy describes how the iPhone app “VoiceKit” (the “App”), developed by kouworks (“we”), handles user information.

Summary
  • The App collects no user data. There is no account to create.
  • Audio, video, transcripts, subtitles, and summaries are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to a server.
  • The App contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking.
  • The App uses the network only for the one-time speech model download and for in-app purchases handled by Apple.

1. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or device identifiers. It contains no mechanism for us to receive usage statistics or crash logs.

2. Your audio and video

Audio and video that you import or record in the App are processed on your device only — for transcription, filler detection, cutting, subtitle generation, and summarization. None of this data leaves your device. Intermediate files are kept in the App’s working area and are removed when you delete the App (anything you explicitly saved to your camera roll or Files remains).

3. Summaries

Summaries are generated with Apple’s on-device foundation model. Processing happens entirely on your device; no cloud processing, including Private Cloud Compute, is used. The transcript being summarized never leaves your device.

4. Network use (stated precisely)

The App communicates over the network in exactly two cases.

(a) One-time speech model download

On first launch, the App downloads a speech recognition model (a Core ML model for WhisperKit, about 626 MB) from Hugging Face (huggingface.co, repository argmaxinc/whisperkit-coreml). This transmits only what an ordinary HTTP request involves (such as your IP address) plus the download request. None of your audio, video, or transcripts is included. This request goes to Hugging Face’s servers and is subject to their privacy policy. The download happens once; afterwards the App works offline.

(b) In-app purchase (VoiceKit Pro)

Purchasing and restoring VoiceKit Pro is handled by the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and manages your purchase history; we never receive your payment details or personal information. The App only checks, on your device, whether the purchase exists.

5. Device permissions

Each is used only with your permission and only to provide the App’s features. Nothing captured is transmitted. You can change these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

6. Sharing with third parties

We collect no user information, so there is nothing for us to share or sell.

7. Children

The App may be used by people of any age, and collects no personal information from any user.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes.
