VoiceKit について

VoiceKit は、音声・動画から「えー」「あの」といった言いよどみ（フィラー）を取り除き、字幕を作り、 内容を要約できる iPhone アプリです。文字起こし・フィラー検出・字幕・要約のすべてが端末の中で完結し、 あなたの音声や動画が外部のサーバーに送られることはありません。

使い方

  1. 録る、または選ぶ — アプリ内で会議や講義をその場で録音・収録できます。フォトライブラリやファイルからの読み込みも可能です。
  2. 処理を開始 — 文字起こしとフィラー検出が走ります。
  3. 検出結果を確認 — 候補を一つずつ再生して、採用／却下を選べます。自動で一括削除はしません。
  4. 手動で仕上げる — 取りこぼしは IN／OUT で自分で指定できます。
  5. 書き出す — カット済みの音声・動画、SRT 字幕、要約を保存できます。

よくある質問

初回起動時にダウンロードが始まるのはなぜですか？

音声認識に使うモデル（約 626MB）を初回だけダウンロードするためです。アプリ本体を軽く保ちつつ、 日本語でも実用的な精度を出すための構成です。送信されるのはダウンロードの要求だけで、 あなたの音声・動画は一切含まれません。Wi-Fi 接続で、空き容量に余裕のある状態での実行をおすすめします。 中断しても、次回に途中から再開されます。

フィラーが残る／必要な言葉まで削られることがあります

自動検出は候補を提示するところまでで、完璧ではありません。特に小さな声の「えー」は直前の語と地続きになり、 音の大きさだけでは切り分けられないことがあります。だから VoiceKit は勝手に削除せず、 確認画面での採用／却下と手動編集（IN／OUT）を必ず用意しています。 Pro では検出感度を変えて、候補を多めに出す／確実なものだけに絞る、を選べます。

要約が使えません

要約は Apple のオンデバイス基盤モデルを使うため、iOS 26 以降かつ Apple Intelligence 対応機種 （iPhone 15 Pro 以降）で、Apple Intelligence が有効になっている必要があります。 設定画面に、お使いの端末で使えない理由が表示されます。要約は VoiceKit Pro の機能です。

要約はクラウドに送られますか？

いいえ。要約は端末内のモデルだけで処理されます。Private Cloud Compute も使いません （Apple が公開している API に、そもそもクラウドへ送る経路がありません）。

Free と Pro の違いは？

Pro は買い切りです。サブスクリプションではありません。

機種変更したら Pro が消えました

設定画面の「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入時と同じ Apple Account でサインインしている必要があります。

録音した音声はどこに残りますか？

アプリ内で収録したファイルは、保存操作をするまでアプリの作業領域に置かれます。動画はカメラロールへ、 音声はファイル App や共有シート経由で保存できます。アプリを削除すると、保存していない作業データは消えます。

About VoiceKit

VoiceKit removes filler words such as “um” and “uh” from your audio and video, generates subtitles, and summarizes what was said — all on your iPhone. Transcription, filler detection, subtitles, and summaries run entirely on the device, and your audio and video are never sent to a server.

How it works

  1. Record or choose — record a meeting or lecture right in the app, or import from your photo library or Files.
  2. Start processing — transcription and filler detection run on your device.
  3. Review what was found — play each candidate and keep or reject it. Nothing is deleted for you.
  4. Refine by hand — mark anything the detector missed yourself, using IN and OUT.
  5. Export — save the trimmed audio or video, SRT subtitles, and summaries.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the app download something on first launch?

It downloads the speech recognition model (about 626 MB) once. This keeps the app itself small while still giving accurate results, including in Japanese. Only the download request leaves your device — your audio and video are never part of it. We recommend running it on Wi-Fi with enough free storage. If it is interrupted, it resumes where it left off.

Some fillers remain, or real words get cut

Automatic detection suggests candidates; it is not perfect. A quiet “um” can run straight into the word before it, and loudness alone cannot always separate the two. That is why VoiceKit never deletes anything on its own: every candidate goes through a review step, and manual editing with IN/OUT is always available. Pro adds a sensitivity control so you can surface more candidates or keep only the clearest ones.

Summaries are unavailable on my iPhone

Summaries use Apple’s on-device foundation model, which requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence–capable device (iPhone 15 Pro or newer) with Apple Intelligence turned on. The Settings screen explains the specific reason for your device. Summaries are a VoiceKit Pro feature.

Are summaries sent to the cloud?

No. Summaries are produced by the on-device model only. Private Cloud Compute is not used either — Apple’s public API has no path that sends this content off the device.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

I got a new iPhone and Pro is gone

Tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Where do my recordings live?

Recordings made in the app stay in the app’s working area until you save them. Videos can be saved to your camera roll; audio can be saved through Files or the share sheet. Deleting the app removes anything you have not saved elsewhere.
