1. 事業者

本アプリ「VlogMask」（以下「本アプリ」）は kouworks（以下「当方」）が提供します。お問い合わせ先：contact@kouworks.jp

2. 収集しない情報

当方は本アプリを通じて、個人を識別できる情報を収集・保存・送信しません。具体的には以下を行いません。

撮影した映像・写真・音声の外部サーバーへの送信、保存、共有
顔画像・顔特徴量の収集や外部への送信
氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先などの収集（お問い合わせメールを除く）
解析・広告目的でのトラッキングや第三者へのデータ提供

3. 端末内での処理

カメラ映像の顔検出、保護対象の追跡、モザイク処理はすべてお使いの iPhone 上で完結します。映像がネットワークを経由して当方や第三者に送られることはありません。録画した動画は、お客様の操作により端末の写真ライブラリに保存されます。

4. 端末の権限について

カメラ： 映像の撮影と顔のモザイク処理のために使用します。
マイク： 動画に音声を録音するために使用します。
写真ライブラリ（追加）： 録画した動画を保存するために使用します。既存の写真の読み取りは行いません。

これらの権限はすべて本アプリの機能のためにのみ使用され、取得した情報が外部へ送信されることはありません。権限はいつでも iOS の「設定」から変更できます。

5. アプリ内課金

Pro 機能の購入は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入の管理は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、App Store 経由の課金（Apple）を除き、解析・広告・トラッキングを目的とした第三者サービスを使用していません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集する設計ではなく、いかなる利用者からも個人データを収集しません。

8. お客様の責任

本アプリは通行人の顔を保護する目的で設計されていますが、顔の向き・距離・明るさ等により検出が完全であることを保証するものではありません。第三者が写った映像を公開する際は、関係する法令やプライバシーへの配慮のもと、お客様ご自身の責任で内容をご確認ください。

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページにて告知します。

1. Who We Are

"VlogMask" (the "App") is provided by kouworks ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@kouworks.jp

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information through the App. Specifically, we do not:

upload, store, or share the video, photos, or audio you capture;
collect or transmit facial images or face embeddings;
collect your name, email, location, or contacts (other than email you send us directly);
track you for analytics or advertising, or share data with third parties.

3. On-Device Processing

Face detection, subject tracking, and mosaicking all run entirely on your iPhone. No video travels over the network to us or to any third party. Recorded videos are saved to your device's Photo Library only when you choose to record.

4. Device Permissions

Camera: used to capture video and apply face mosaicking.
Microphone: used to record audio into your videos.
Photo Library (add only): used to save your recorded videos. We do not read your existing photos.

These permissions are used solely for the App's features, and nothing obtained through them is transmitted externally. You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Pro purchases are processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Payment details are handled by Apple; we never receive or store your payment information such as card numbers. Purchases are subject to Apple's privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Other than App Store billing (Apple), the App uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect personal information from any age group and collects no personal data from any user.

8. Your Responsibility

The App is designed to help protect bystanders' faces, but it cannot guarantee perfect detection across all face angles, distances, and lighting. When publishing footage that includes other people, please review your content yourself and comply with applicable laws and privacy expectations.
