These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS app "KidsMask" (the "App") provided by kouworks ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
You may use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and the conditions set by Apple.
The App offers certain features as "KidsMask Pro" (a non-consumable in-app purchase). Purchases, restores, and refunds follow Apple's policies. Because it is non-consumable, it can be restored on the same Apple ID.
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the videos and photos you import, and that processing and sharing them does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party. The App assists with mosaicking faces, but automatic detection is not perfect. You are responsible for reviewing the results yourself before sharing.
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App is fit for any particular purpose, or that detection and processing are complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Reverse engineering, unauthorized modification, and use for purposes that violate the law are prohibited.
We may revise these Terms as needed. If there are significant changes, we will announce them on this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
